would not recommend to someone with thick hair and doesn't want to spen 2 hours sectioning out all of their hair it heats up quickly but it leaves indent marks in your hair when you use this, doesn't slide easily through your hair sadly to say i am returning mine and going back to purchasing another chi iron

It really does do a good job. I use it everyday. Only thing i dislike is that it sometimes unplugs by its self. You must be careful. So not really great if your in a rush

I use this product almost everyday. I am very pleased with this product. It gets very hot, I have used it on both damp and dry hair as well as wavy and curly hair and it works great.

This is a great bargain. This iron has all the qualities I'd look for in a flat iron. My daughter loves it and it's size is a plus for the shorter bangs. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a good iron that protects the hair.

I have used this several times but it does not really make the hair very flat so I will have to look for some other flat iron again
