It was Smashed upon arrival. I do not recommend this at all.

I have given five stars for the product. They are really cute and a good size. I ordered two and received my favorite two, the reindeer and the penguin. That being said, Walmart packaging was just as horrible as others have mentioned. There were inflated plastic bags around the edges of the shipping box but the two ceramic canisters were laying side by side on the bottom of the cardboard box with no protection at all. Fortunately, neither was actually broken, but the reindeer has paint chipped off of it in a couple of places. I will keep that one as it cannot be given as a gift. This is obviously not an isolated case so Walmart needs to make immediately efforts to teach the packers better skills or they are going to lose a lot of online orders.

Cute product - more decoration than anything - holds several packets of hot cocoa but nothing more
