Grainy sometimes out of the container yes ,but that is an easy fix as it smooths out well either by rubbing it in palms of the hands before site application.Pleasant aroma, effective topical and somewhat long lasting.The reviewer who rated the product due to its grainy texture should consider it again and either rub it into palms or use an ice cream stick, tongue depressor or some such item by spreading it out before applying.The grainy texture disappears when so done

I'm 22 years old with eczema so I thought for sure a butter made for babies should be good for me. My first impression was that it was the perfect texture with a pleasant scent. But after multiple uses I'm sure this product is making my skin worse. Currently writing this review at 3 in the morning because I'm up itching after using this butter. Please don't use if you/your child has extremely sensitive skin. I know in theory Chamomile should help soothe the skin but I must be allergic to something in this product. Keep in mind I've used plain raw Shea butter before and didn't have this problem.

It's winter here, so when my jar arrived for my 3 month old son with eczema it was frozen. I put it in front of the heater while I gave him his bath, and by the time we were ready to apply the product it was nice and warm and melted. I dipped in and rubbed it between my palms until the white chunks were dissolved, then massaged it into my baby's dry and flaky rough skin. results were immediate! He was softer than ever before and he smelled absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone suffering from dry skin or eczema! Going to try it on his red/irritated cheeks tomorrow, will update review if it doesn't help. If it does help I'll just leave this as is lol

I use this on my 9 and 11 year and for myself. It makes our skin so soft and the fragrance is wonderful. Just rub a bit in your palms and it melts instantly! I would definitely recommend it...especially in the winter.

I purchased this product along with their eczema bar soap when my son was 6 months after many trails with other eczema products that failed to minimize his outbreaks. This product is the only one that delivered drastic results of improvement. My son is now 13 months. This product has lasted my son for a few months. The smell is lovely, the texture is great, the results are nearest to a cure, and the price is reasonable. I will be reordering my sons products since we are just now running low.
