I received my steamer with missing pieces and broken. I took it back to the store and never had a chance to use it. It was missing the telescope pieces and the hose had completely broken off. I thought it snapped back together until I further investigated I noticed that the piece that held it together was plastic and had snapped off. I will not buy refurbished again.

Amazing Steamer. Adjustable side arms should have a way to secure themselves instead of relying on gravity and friction to stay inserted into the base.

I have long wanted a steamer like this, but the price has not allowed it until now. Brand new, this is a $200 machine. I've had it for about a week now, and it is well worth the $200 price tag. However, I got this amazing refurbished unit for under $25!!! It looks like brand new. It even comes in the original packaging. I'm just blown away at this deal. It heats up quickly, puts out a ton of steam, and works like a dream. I'm going to stock up on these for gifts throught the year. For the price, how could you pass this up?? BUY IT NOW!!

We bought this garment steamer as it was the same model as other stores had. We were excited to see the price was only $30 for refurbished compared to $150 new. Upon receipt of the steamer and opening the box, the handle was broke off of the cartridge that holds the water. We were highly dissappointed in this purchase and will not buy refurbished ever again.

I have only used the product once. So far, the steamer works fine. It has 3 steam settings and a large capacity water tank. The space saving storage design for the attachements is convenient. The only issue I have is that the water tank arrived with a crack, it is not leaking but I may need to replace the tank sooner than expected.
