Nice.
Just a decit phone
i have had nothing but problems with this phone's operation since I received it
Ordered 1/18, received 1/20. Tried to have activated at AT%26T and Walmart did not release the IMEI number on the phone so it shows that the phone was never paid for so AT%26T locked my account. Customer service created a ticket for resolution and said it would be escalated but would take 24 to 48 hours. This should have been done on the 18th when I ordered the phone. Customer service is nil. As soon as this is resolved, I will no longer support Walmart in any way. As a side note - I wonder how long this process would take if it were not "escalated?
bought the phone online and had it shipped to the house went through the activation steps and it even let me purchase a plan but then it tells me there's an issue to call 611. i dal 611 and it tells me to go to retailer cause theres a problem activating my device, so i contact walmart and they say theres nothing they can do to call att, been a huge run around since getting the phone. i never would have bought this phone if i knew there would be so many problems
