Gatorade powder mix is economical and easy to mix. Just mix with water by the pitcher full and have it ready. Great for hydration all ages. We mix ours half strength to reduce sugar in the mix. For a large pitcher (64 oz.) of cold water, we add just two rounded scoops of the mix. our favorite flavor is the blue Frost.

I drink a lot of Gatorade so why NOT make my own and make it taste the way I want it to taste. I basically use this drink to prevent the cramping in legs and arms, you know its really the Potassium in it and it really works quickly to stop the cramping.

Review is not on product but on Walmart's delivery. You're able to add special instructions which are completely ignored by delivery person. Original order was left by the curve somewhere on our facility instead of in the office between 8 %26 5 as specified. The replacement order was delivered to the office however the cans had busted leaving powder everywhere and unstable for consumption.

i tried gatorade powder years ago, and didn't like it. tried it again late last year, and i should've re-checked it much sooner...would've saved a lot of $ over the years. doubtful i will ever return to regularly buying the pre-bottled version. if u drink it often, then ur paying a lot of extra money for the container %26 water they provide. and with the powder u can make it stronger or weaker, to fit the intensity of ur day. wish they had every flavor in powder, and at the same prices.
