Ususally I like to stay away from the gummies because of the sugar etc, however, I have no complaints with this. I think the Nature Made Digestive Probiotics Ultra Strength Gummy is great source for digestive probitic. i have not have a problem and i would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an alternative to pills.
