Safety 1st All-in-One Convertible Car Seat - Dorian

I researched for weeks before purchasing this carseat for my 8 (now 10) month old grandson. It was a nightmare to install even with directions and the RECLINE feature is misrepresented because I still had to use a throw pillow to even slightly lean him back. There is basically no padding and can feel hard frame of seat through the cover. He LOVES to ride, but started crying within 10 minutes of me driving and after pulling over and checking on him, I determined that he must have been very uncomfortable. After placing him in his older, smaller carseat, he was content. I'm disappointed because I thought the price would reflect the quality, but not so. I don't even know how I can justly resell it knowing that it is lacking in so many areas.

Ordering this carseat online I wasn't thrilled at first because I didnt think it was the color I would love. Pulling it out of the box it was a lot better. This carseat is easy to move between our two cars, if we had the funds we would buy another one. Easy to get my daughter in and out of. She loves riding in it, enough so that she doesnt try to struggle out of it and can actually easily fall asleep in it.

Nice colors good finish, like the cup holder, grandaughter picked it out tried in two different vehicles works fine, read manual explains everything but you have to have a basic understanding of children's car seats if not ask a friend they will guide you. Study multiple ways to attach. Would recommend to a friend!

Will never buy another product from walmart.com. this car seat was delived to me in a plain brown box without any factory wrapping. There was no plastic. The seat was fully assembled and looked used. When I purchase an item from a store I expect New not Used. Never again. This item was feturned and I bought from Target on line and received a car seat in it's original packaging!

I was looking for a convertible car seat for my son like my mom and dad purchased for my neice a few years back and found this one. They have the Alpha Omega Elite and This Safety 1st car seat is exactly like it and cheaper! This is a car seat that he will be for at least 3 years, I think I will definately get my money worth with this one! He was so tired of looking at the back of the seat and now he is forward facing and you can still recline it! My car is equipped with safety latches in the back seats and in the floor on the trunk so I am able to use all 3 safety latches and still put the seat belt around it just to be extra safe! Quick adjusts when they get longer, no more unlatching everything in back. Very satisfied with this product!!!
