My only concern with this product is that the lubricant included does not last that long and Wal-mart does not sell lubricant for treadmills (I asked at my local store). So I have ordered lubricant online and am hoping that will solve the problem. But for the money, it's a well-made product and provides a GREAT workout.

I bought the treadmill wanting to get into shape. When my husband got it all together I was dissapointed. On the internet it says it is for walking and shows it being flat for walking and it was not flat at all it had to much of an incline and with it being manual was way to hard for someone being out of shape and to noisy so we took it back the following day.

I should have heeded the negative reviews about the treadmill. I spent more time working my arms out constantly readjusting the belt because of shifting. First it was too tight, so I made it looser. Then it shift to the right, so I made an adjustment and then it shifted to the left. It would get into the top corner, so I would have to manually roll it out b/c walking on it, as the book suggests, did not work. I got a great arm workout from this machine, unfortunately that's not what I purchased it for. It is going back!

Easy to put together but recommend to use your own tools to go faster. Becareful with the liquid greese. Works great for a Manual but a workout. If you are like me an overweight person starting to work out go to Electric! You have to use your own momentum. Its easy to get discourage and could be another clothes catcher. Had it 2 wks used 3 times for 5min. I have recovered from leg injuries and feels okay to use. If your already a walker/runner great indoor product. Will go in closet untill i can get to that point.

I love it. It gives me the workout I need, and I use it everynight, its a little harder to walk on then the electric treadmills, but its more benefical i feel. I really like it. and it doesnt take up much space. Definetly a good buy. I'm glad I got it.
