I did my research on treadmills and the Gold's Gym Crosswalk 570 was the best rated for the price and now I see why. I have had mine for three weeks and haven't had a single issue. It is quiet and sturdy and folds away with ease (I'm a nearly 60 year old female and I have no problems with folding and unfolding and moving it around). I have used treadmills in gyms quite often and never had a fan that was very powerful or was directed where it would do any good, that's not the case with this treadmill. A very powerful fan and goes right where it's needed. Loads of training program features as well as other bells and whistles makes this an A+ in my book. Walmart offered this treadmill at the lowest cost and I was amazed when I picked mine up as it had gone on sale since I ordered it online and they applied a credit of $98.44 to my debit card!! Amazing. Thank you Walmart.

I purchased this product on 02/22/2011. I still have not gotten to use it. When I received the product it took along time for 2 of us to put it together. The directions aren't very clear. The product looked used. It was dirty and already had scuffs and scratches all over the Machine. Once we got it put together the machine didn't work. The board made a weird noise and only displayed zeros. The belt did work but that was it. The incline will not work. Then a puff of smoke came from the motor. Had to call a technician out to fix it and that has been a very long process. I would call and leave messages and not get a call back. I had the parts sent to my house and then when they arrived it took another 2 weeks before the technician came out to replace the parts. Once he got the parts on and got the machine fixed he realized the incline motor is broke so that still does not work. He now has to order me that. So who knows when that will be put on. I'm hoping one day I will get to use my treadmill!

After doing the research online, I decided to purchase this treadmill and would not hesitate to recommend it to any one who is thinking about buying. Putting it together wasn't hard but it did take two of us a little under three hour's total. It would be very difficult for one person to put this machine together by them self, it weighs just under 200 lbs and isn't easy to manipulate. If you don't have help putting it together, you can call the 800 number that is provided and pay an additional fee to have someone put it together for you. We have wood laminate floors so we decided to purchase a protective mat to go under the treadmill. This minimizes the noise and further cushions your "ride". I would highly recommend this additional purchase. The mat also aids in stability. If you decide to purchase a mat, do some research first, there are different types and different thickness variations. The type of floor you have may also determine what type of mat you need. Bottom line, this machine is a great value. It has a lot of perks for a little money.

This item was ready for pickup the next week. Put together in just under 2 hrs. The iPod connect is great feature w loud speakers, as well as foldup option to keep 2 yo out of it! This was important decision. Fan, incline and all options make this a great deal until i decide to upgrade. Can't beat the price for a startup exercise program and being a tall person, the size is perfect.

I have had this treadmill for 5 months and I first advise you to save the box. This product will work for a few months under heavy use and then something will break. I use it 4-5 times a week, walking and jogging for 40 minutes. Like the other reviews that are good and bad, the reviews that were written after owning the treadmill over 90 days, something breaks. I will start my journey with customer service tomorrow but this is ridiculous. This thing is $600 dollars and needs to be made with better quality or price it at $200. It needs to at least last a year before something breaking. If you randomly use this treadmill it might last longer but I am really disappointed. Please read all reviews before buying and save the box.
