Phoenix 98516 Easy Up Manual Treadmill

The worst treadmill ever. This treadmill is extremely dangerous to use. It is not user friendly at all: very flimsy and too inclined so the belt spins faster that it shoots you off. I would not let anyone (child or adult) get on this. 20% restocking fee if you return and you are responsible for paying for shipping which will leave you only a few dollars back. Absolutely horrible.

This is a great, inexpensive alternative to the electrical belt. It is not as safe, however, because it is on an incline and if you are ready to stop, rather than hitting a button for it to respond, you have to stop yourself on the moving belt, which may continue to move downward and cause an accident for someone who is not quite coordinated enough to handle the manual machine. It also sometimes stops on its own because of friction in the belt and you have to get it moving again, which means you have to work hard and get a good workout. It may also go too fast once you get a momentum going. Other than that, it is still a great workout.

Not impressed. Wants to shoot you off the back, once you finally get it going. Did all the recommended fixes, which did not help. Finally put a board under it as recommended by another customer, to level it out. That helped. Would have returned it, but I would have lost almost half of what I paid. Had read some if the reviews, should have read more and not bought it.

Poor quality

it works good. . Its what I needed. I use it everyday. Was so easy to assemble.
