Zak Designs 20 oz. Travel Straw Tumbler Alfalfa Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel with Silicone Straw and Splash-Proof Lid for Cold Drinks

The tumbler is designed poorly, especially the silicone straw. It is not removable like the description states. I contacted the company yesterday to request a return as I was disappointed with the design. Zak Designs only response was "did I bother to look at the picture?" I had to go through more than 3 email exchanges to finally get the company to send me a return label. I also had to plead my case, to Walmart.com as Zak Designs doesn't appear to value customers and said they are the only ones that can give me a return label. I would never buy from them again. If a customer isn't happy with the product, I shouldn't have to go through 3 messages to explain why I want to return the item.

These cups are my FAVORITES!! I bought one a year ago and finally found them again. I bought 3 more colors. They're great!! They keep your drink cold and with a straw that doesn't let your drink spill or leak everywhere. It has a spot to vent while you drink, that will sometimes allow a TINY amount out if it tips over, but it's very minor and considering the benefits it's insignificant to me. DON'T EVER STOP making these?! Lol.

Nice but lid delivered cracked

This is a great insulated cup. I love the blue color and the built in straw. The insulation is amazing and keeps drinks cool or hot. It is a nice large size at 30 ounces capacity. I fill it in the morning and drink on the commute and then keep refilling it throughout the day to keep hydrated without too many trips to the water machine! It also has is made to be splash-proof to avoid a spill or mess while being moved or transported. I would say the only issue is that it is not dishwasher or microwave safe. Otherwise this is a keeper and we love it!!

I absolutely adore this cup or tumbler, it constantly reminds me of having a fast food dish when I am using it. I also enjoy using it because it picks up every drop of the liquid in the cup and you don't have to fight the ice. Love it...
