Good picture, not great but good. The camera moves which helps find baby when baby decides to move around in crib. I have a great signal outside the house (my yard) and down in the basement as well. Very lightweight and easy to transport when going to visit family. The zoom function could be more like a photo camera's and not just 1x or 10x no in between. But don't let this stop you from purchasing a very good baby monitor.

I absoultely love this monitor. It really was the best thing I could get. It's so comforting to be able to just push one button and there's your baby on the screen while still going about your business. I love that you can see them in color and in night vision. I would seriously recommend this product to anybody. Yes it is a little pricey, but it was worth every penny! I will be sure to pass it on to my daughter to use when she has kids...unless of course by then we have some highly updated technology. lol :)

I didn't think that I needed this video monitor. I have had the standard sound monitor with my three other kids when they were babies, however my mom who watches my niece insisted that I purchase a video monitor. I did and am so happy about my purchase! I went with the Summer brand because that is what my sister has, the feature of moving the camera is AMAZING! It will especially come in handy when the baby is moving around in her crib. The picture is super clear and I can even see her breathing. One thing I would comment on is that the volume is not that high and you really need to be near the monitor to hear the baby. But since it is wireless and portable this is not a problem. The battery lasts through the night if it is not plugged in. I haven't had any problems and my husband jokes that he is going to get a second camera to keep an eye on my 5 year old in his room.

This monitor was the best fit for my needs. I have two small grandchildren that I keep. One is a light sleeper and you dare not go in the room while trying to go to sleep or after she is asleep. The other one sings(what we call singing) hisself to sleep. So with both toddlers a sound only monitor did not help. I have purchased an additional camera and it was very easy to add. You can toggle between the two cameras thru the menu. This was better for me than a split screen because the two are not always taking naps at the same time. Wal-Marts price was the best by far and I received it rather quickly.

We had been using a regular voice monitor but when it came time to transitioning our 6 month old reflux baby to his crib for the night I really wanted a video monitor. This monitor was perfect, we are able to watch our baby and it gives us piece of mind. The price was good and the quailty is great. Easy to install, I did it myself in under 10 mins. found a good location and drilled a hole in the wall for a wall mount. You can set it on a shelf or back of crib too but I found the wall mount more secure. The picture quality is good, however, it is always black & white. Only shows in color if the room is very well lit. The sound lights are useless to me, we have a white noise machine in his room so the lights are always glowing at the top level as if he was screaming but he isn't. This is ok for me because I don't need the lights to know he is crying, the sound comes through loud and clear with the volume on the lowest level. I have read complaints about the green power light on the camera and was worried about it but so far it has not been a problem and if it becomes one I can put a piece of tape over it. It bothers me more than it does the baby. All in all, it's a great product, good quality, and will give parents piece of mind!
