Levana Alexa 5", Video Baby Monitor

We bought this monitor due to it's initial reviews by other customers and it's high rating. We love that you can add several monitors for all rooms of the home. We were impressed with the monitor image it's a little fuzzy but it's clear enough to make out most objects. It's light sensitivity and night vision are impeccable. We do wish there was an option to split the screen between multiple cameras. Switching between the cameras has more steps than we'd like. The battery life is awesome as well, our previous Angel Monitor battery life was perhaps 1 hr use then it'd make a ridiculously loud beep to notify you it's status. It's nice being able to check on all aspects of this system right on the screen of a quick tap of the menu button. Our only complaint besides the multi camera view not being available is the volume control, volume 1 is a little too soft but volume 2 is EXTREMELY loud I do wish there was an in between.

Had an issue with my monitor not holding a charge. They sent me a new battery but that didn't work so I asked for more help. Daniela gave me info on how to get a brand new unit and send back my old one. She was quick and courteous and Melissa helped finish the process. Pretty rare to find service like this these days! Thanks to all!

This is a great monitor! it was extremely easy to set up right out of the box. The color quality is wonderful. However, I think the night vision on the camera could be improved.I also wish there was an easier way to mount it on the wall. It was impossible for me to get a good angle to see my son's bed. Overall I am wonderfully surprised at how easy the monitor is to use and how much I love it.

I bought the Alexa 5 inch monitor about a month ago and the best feature is the large screen. I can see and hear my baby clearly. The monitor was easy to set up HOWEVER it would be nice to have a more detailed instruction manual included vs just relying on the quick guide.

I bought this monitor a few months ago and honestly I'm not sure if I received a defective model but I can hardly see my baby on the screen, it looks kind of like an ultrasound picture, and if I move just a little not far away it says No signal. It's supposed to have a long range but it barely stays connected when I'm standing at my door! Not happy with this product. I wouldn't recommend it.
