I have been very disappointed with the over all performance of this washer. The bottom agitator doesn't not move the clothes enough to get them very clean. I did not realize that the machine would not have a soak cycle which I use quite often for pet laundry. Also, this machine does not handle pet fur, or any kind of lint very well. I wish I could have my old "stupid" washing machine back.

I bought this a few days ago. As someone else posted: When you set the washer to NORMAL, the default settings are WRONG. When you set it to QUICK Wash, the default settings are WRONG. The user manual indicates what they should be but that is not what happens. It defaults to SUPER HOT and HIGH SPIN for most of the DEFAULTS. Sure.. you can modify them but why have a cycle setting if you have modify it EVERY TIME. I am in agreement here with this reviewer. I don't want to return my machine, but I will. So frustrating!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine holds an incredible amount of clothing. It is quiet and efficient. It gets my clothes clean and lets me know via phone notifications when they are done. It even syncs load type with my dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this when we decided to get rid of our old front loader. I love the large capacity. What I used to do in 2-3 loads I can do in 1 now. I also love that I can wash my king size comforter in it! I like the variety of washes from a deep wash to a quick one. I really enjoy that it has an app and will notify me when the cycle ends. I do find it is gentler on the clothes than the front loader or an agitator. However it hasn't had any trouble getting out my 3year old or 8month olds messes. I have had to do a little pre scrub or a second wash every once in a while on the 8month olds messes but it still gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not buy. Custom cycles arnt really custom. They are just other presets not on machine. Also there is no option for soak. Why would that not be an option? I wished I had know that wasn't an option or we wouldn't have bought this machine.
