[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought tis a month ago and am a little disappointed at the fact that the salesman did not inform me that I was not getting the latest model. When I realized the reason I could not connect it to the LG app was because it did not have that feature, I was looking forward to having made the entire side kick experience a disappointment to me?

its perfect to do bras, panties, and other hand wash items

I purchased this washer directly from the LG website because they offered from installation. I waited 6 weeks for their installation company to finally schedule the delivery and installation. The installation company just left and told me they don't do installations. I'm left with a huge box with a washer inside.

I bought this when I did a remodel in my house and read all the reviews. Many people complained about it filling with water but I was talked into getting it. This is a horribly designed product. I've had my installer out and then LG was out. The repair guy was incredibly rude. Admitted that people complained about this issue and said LG hasn't addressed it. when I run my regular washer, the side kick fills with water. His solution was leave it open so it doesn't get moldy. That defeats the purpose to have this open in the middle of my laundry room. Buyer beware!!
