LEVANA Mylo 5" Touchscreen High Resolution PTZ Video Baby Monitor

I recently bought this monitor for my in-laws when they take my toddler overnight. The night vision is good, the battery life is phenomenal and there are so many features they use including the white noise, microphone and temperature. This is my second Levana monitor as my first is great. Had some issues but customer service was amazing so I decided to buy another. While my first has been discontinued, this is compatible as well so if I need to pair, I can pair all of them together. I highly recommend this monitor and Levana as a company as they have great quality items and amazing customer service.

I bought this a year ago when I was pregnant and I didn't really know what my needs were going to be as far as baby monitor goes. Now my baby is 9 months old and I'm very happy that I purchased the Mylo baby monitor, it has every feature I need and more! I especially love the PTZ feature, it's so convenient. Although the touchscreen monitor on my original unit failed on me about 3 months ago, dealing with customer service was such a breeze! They help you troubleshoot over the phone, but if that doesn't work they replace your unit, no questions asked! I wanted to wait a few months to see how the replacement unit lasts and so far I have no complaints. Works perfectly! Awesome product, awesome customer service!

The customer service from Daniela at Levana was very helpful to pick out which model of monitor to purchase. My baby is due in a few weeks so we have not yet tested out the unit, but have been happy with the customer service and delivery speed so far and have heard great things from friends who use Levana monitors.

I had previously purchased a Motorola baby monitor and after a year it died. I bought a new one that had the ability t zoom in and out and move from side to side for quite a bit more than the cost of the Levana monitor. So far I have been very pleased with the Levana monitor and plan to tell my friends to choose this brand over Motorola. as it is better and much more reasonably priced.

got this monitor a few weeks ago. so far so good. easy installation. image is pretty clear even at night, there is a slight delay with the image when my baby is in the swing. i really wanted model that comes with the songs as i wont need to buy another device for that. i can hear baby really good and with that it makes my life easier . battery lasts me for a day. if you turn off monitor and just listen to the sound- it will last longer.
