Great Value Purified Drinking Water, 16.9 fl oz, 24 Count

Not received!! I am old and crippled. This is why I chose Walmart plus in-home delivery. My delivery today was just left at my door. They did not ring the doorbell or attempt to get my attention. They did not deliver my water, which is so heavy I cannot carry it, hence I order it . They delivered cranberry juice that I did not order.

I never received it as part of a larger Walmart order of 71 items last week. I even paid $14.95 extra to have the order delivered between 11:00-11:27pm. The order never showed up, nor was I contacted. The order was canceled less than 48 hours after being ordered and without reason. I am very disappointed in Walmart. I do not trust using Walmart grocery deliveries.

Good morning, to who this may concern, I received my purchase on time however, the reason for me ordering this way and not going directly to the store and purchase is because I cannot lift these packages of water. I asked the driver if he can bring it inside and he said he was not allowed to go inside the home.. so I had to drag the waters to a corner in the living room where I have to go around to get. If I am to be charged for delivering it and also a tip to the driver, I was thinking that he would bring it in my kitchen because I cannot lift anything heavy.. the first time I ordered the water. It was a young lady that came and she brought it right into the kitchen.. I don't want the same person next time I order. And if I can't get anyone to bring it into the kitchen, then I will not be purchasing water anymore there. Thank you.

dislike my order never being right dislike the lack of concern from workers dislike waiting 2 hour when i made appt. ahead of time and watched people get oil changed that walked in ..so i walked out and i guess that cancelled my shopping order i placed. no refund and no explaination of where my food order went! dislike the overall treatment ive been given by staff and 1800 customer service people not able to help me

this is not water that I ordered. I did not ask for a substitute. I don't usually buy this size water because it's not enough in the bottle for me. I have to drink it for hydration and I can't seem to get my water in that I need to get in drinking this size bottle of water.
