They tasted horrible. After looking at the actual nutritional information, it's not that healthy. I asked if I could send them back and get my money back but they said I couldn't if they were opened.. so take if from me, they taste terrible and definitely don't waste your money.

With 13 g net carbs and 10 g protein, these have better nutrition than normal cookies. They are also gluten-free. I think of these like my protein bars, but in a cookie. The size of the cookie is more generous than I expected. I found one cookie quite filling. My expectations for flavor are usually low for this type of product, but the flavor was identifiable as a raisin oatmeal cookie to me. It was exactly like a homemade cookie, but it came close to the mark. They are a bit oily, but not keto oily. I started liking these more the more I ate them. I would get these again.

I have tried several brands of protein cookies before and I think this is up there with the best in terms of taste! Unlike other protein cookies, they don't have a strong whey protein or "off" taste to them. There is a slight aftertaste from the monk fruit, but it isn't necessarily unpleasant. The oatmeal raisin flavor is quite tasty! There are quite a few raisins spread throughout each cookie. You can also see bits of the rolled oats which gives the cookies a bit of texture. Love it! The texture is soft without being overly crumbly. I normally leave the cookie in the packaging and break off bite sized pieces. That way, any crumbs stay contained in the wrapper. My one concern is the nutritional panel. In the product description, it says that each cookie "offers 10g of protein and 6g of dietary fiber at only 200 calories." So, I assume the cookies are 200 calories each. What concerns me is that on the box the cookies come packaged in, it says "2 servings per container. Serving size 1 bar." I assume the cookies are 200 calories each but would be appalled if they ended up being 400 calories each! YIKES! I think that should be corrected to help avoid any confusion. The cookies are quite satisfying. I have one for breakfast with coffee and am full until lunch time.

I recently started a no sugar diet, and these couldn't have come at a more perfect time. It is a little hard to find sugar-free and Keto friendly desserts that actually taste good (I'm new to this - so if you are more seasoned, I clearly have a ways to go). These cookies help to curb a bit of my cravings. Though those cravings have gone down, it's still a nice snack to have considering the protein amount in these. Really good for a post-workout snack. Flavor-wise, I can really only eat about half at a time. My mind still wants these to taste like regular, sugary chocolate cookies. So, I have a hard time getting over that. These make for a nice alternative, but they don't replace the "original". The first few bites are good for me, and then it starts to get kind of plain tasting, so that's why I stop. I do really appreciate the cleaner ingredients. And just simply the fact that these are not gross and give me a nice boost when I need something to munch on. Definitely worth a try!
