Samsung SM-T9000ZWAXAR Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 - 32GB White Refurbished

I purchased this tablet a while back, for school and work. I have been enjoying it until just recently, when I notices that the tablet has been flickering very bad, then it shuts its self off. After the tablet has turned off, I can't get it back on unless I hold down the power button for 5-10 minutes. Up until now the tablet was working great, I don't know if samsung knows about this problem with this model. I would like to see if this can be fixed, as I paid a lot for this tablet.

This Tab 12 inch is awesome. I love using it and i hooks up great with the Keyboard which also works as a cover. This tab is great for me when I am working or playing. The display is awesome. I always add glass covers to all my displays to protect from snatches and smudge from everyday use Love the fact that all my windows office programs are available when I am on the road . I can load all my important stuff via email or USB from my computer via Kies 3. This tablet is very versatile and reliable

I was very happy with the tablet. I was able to connect and use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Since the update of android to version 5.0.2 They dont work. The mouse is even a samsung mouse. They connect but have no functionality. I would stay away from this tablet till they get that issue sorted out.

When I bought this item it was purchased with wireless keyboard as I wanted something lighter than my laptop but not a laptop replacement. Just something to sample the possibilities. I've been using the product since Aug 2014 and the biggest positive is the screen resolution and brightness. This has met all expectations and I'm still impressed. As a tablet in general I Iike the product however Samsungs boast a number of features that attracted me but have fallen well short of expections. Wireless mouse and keyboard are not ready for primetime. The Keyboard (Bluetooth) The Keyboard is a cover as well and the tablet presses neatly into the guide to hide and protect the screen. The design overall is good. Unfortunately this device will during every use spit out 10 to 30 duplicate charaters when typing as if the sample rate for a single key stroke started filling the buffer. I've seen nothing on the Samsung site to address this, I have seen write-ups on the web to show this is not a one off. Additionally sometimes the displayed typing is well behind the keystrokes. The S Mouse (Bluetooth) This item I purchased while in Korea and it has a quirk that needs addressing. The mouse will as expected auto connect but will just stop working once or twice during a session. I have to go to the Connections tab and disconnect it, it will then reconnect and most of the time stay connected. Often the location of the pointer is erratic an does not keep up with mouse movement. While the design of all three products is good their overall function as a system is poor. If Samsung products cannot perform at a level that allows the user to take for granted the hardware then as a company they must realized they have failed. Products that just look good end up unused on a shelf or worse yet the trash bin. No I would not recommend this product to a friend. The system as a whole and with Samsung only components cost to much not to work as an integrated system.

I love Samsung products and this tablet is no exception. The screen is great although the Tab S is better at this point. I unlike alot of others like touchwiz. However there seems to be an issue with apps constantly crashing and screen freezing up. If they can fix this by OTA update it would be a great tablet and not just a good one. I love the size and features.
