Ensure High Protein Nutrition Shake, Creamy Caramel, 8 fl oz, 24 Count

These protein shakes are much more compact than most, which makes them easier to drink. I also find that they don't mess with my digestion (like pretty much all other protein shakes do). The flavor is pleasant, though I would say it's not quite as good as some of the other ensure products. I think this one has a little more of an artificial taste to its sweetness, but nowhere near as much as most other protein shakes. I'll be honest that there are always chunks in these (must be something to do with the formula), so you should shake them really well. No amount of shaking will get rid of them all so keep that in mind if texture bothers you. I personally am not bothered by chunks so it's not an issue for me. Overall, this is a good product and it's one of the only 2 protein shakes I will drink.

Please fix this product ASAP. I have to drink it on a prescription and it is awful. It is full of lumpy chunks that will not dissolve no matter how much You shake it. I really do not want to have to start straining it before drinking it and I think that would cancel out the point of the protein since it would be straining out the protein powder.

Been drinking the chocolate Ensure for about a week. Drink 1 or 2 a day. Wish they were slightly larger then 8 ounce. Enjoy the taste and my guess is they are actually giving me the nutrients I need to supplement my horrible diet that I am working to improve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Ensure High Protein nutrition shake for the first time this morning. I decided to use it as my breakfast. I usually have oatmeal for breakfast and I was worried about the shake not being enough to get me to lunch time. I should not have been worried. I felt full until lunch. The taste was good. I would recommend chilling the shake before drinking.
