This product is not what is as advertised. It does NOT have topographical maps, just street level data and the 3-D feature is not present. The problem is not with Wal Mart, it's with the manufacturer.
Easy to use accurate software, great for hiking and the 3D ability to review your hike in real time on your PC is awesome.
Overall hard to transfer to GPS , poor quality map , inaccurate in some cases . Forced to use it as I have a Magellan unit. Buy a Garmin
If this product is for you, I hope you don't have any issues. I had a Disk read issue and the only thing Tech Support in India could do for me was to tell me to return it. I did.
