[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A safer way it seems to remove ear wax from you ear then using a Q-tip. It foams and drains the wax out of you ear. Might take multiple treatment days to clean out your ear. Just don't over do it as its not a immediate fix.

It works great and it is the best ear wax cleaning kit that i have tried as of yet.

This was the first time I tried Debrox. It was easy to use and a safe and gentle way to remove ear wax. Everything you need comes in the kit except the towels. It really did the trick of loosening excessive ear wax and now I can hear more clearly. Great product
