So far, it's been a great addition to my ear care routine! I loved the spiral cleaner since it's gentle and safe to use, so it's perfect for regular maintenance without risking pushing wax further in. The ear drops were a game-changer! They soften up the stubborn wax well, making it much easier to remove. Lastly, the bulb syringe was great for flushing out the softened wax. With a little patience, it works really well for someone like me who deals with a lot of buildup. Overall, this kit is a safe and easy alternative to cotton swabs and has been very effective for keeping my ears clean. It does take some time for heavier buildup, but with regular use, it's made a big difference. I highly recommend for anyone with a similar issue, especially with how affordable it is!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are fine. They didn't do anything for my or my partner's ears. I don't like that the tips are advertised as not reusable. They're silicone so you'd think you could clean them. Getting the tips out is also incredibly difficult. If you have a weak grip, I don't think you could do it. Probably won't end up getting replacement tips for myself.
