PDP Xbox One MARS Starter Pack - Voyage of the Dead, 048-132-NA

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that you can play this alone or with others. I love the control,as it reminds me of a game I used to play as a kid hunting ducks. I did have issues with getting the gun to pair with the camera though. We loved the game because it was something we can all play together as a family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] MARS Voyage of the Dead Starter Pack was an average game with mediocre ability to enjoy and play. I has hoped for a much improved graphic with realistic action. The blurring of resolution appeared to phase in to a clear view, rotating back to blurring which was distracting and caused the rating of my review to be average instead of a much more enthusiastic and enjoyable experience. I hope this is an isolated occurrence of dissappointment and not the MARS brand of game play. Thank you for the opportunity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great and so much fun! I played this with my nephew and he was having the time of his life. I'm not great with gaming but this was easy to use yet challenging enough to be enjoyable. No one likes to beat a game too quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Voyage of the dead game its self was fun to play. It was more fun with multiple people. Great game to have with a family get together or friends hanging out. Setting up took awhile the camera is very sensitive. Its awkward because the cord plugs into the xbox,but the camera looks at the TV so you got to find something to put the camera on at the right height. I think the company should have a tripod for it that would help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that I was anxious to try out the MARS Voyage of the Dead Starter Pack. I had envisioned a hybrid somewhere between playing the Wii (back in its heyday) and playing Call of Duty: Zombies. The set up was relatively painless, although the IR station required much more attention and tweaking to get just right. The instructions on YouTube make it look much easier than it actually is. Beyond that, the LIGHTCON “guns” are pretty solid to hold and do offer some weight. Not enough to make your wrist tired, but just enough to give you the feeling that you're not holding a cheap piece of plastic. The graphics were much more retro and cartoon-like compared to more realistic zombie games. I honestly found this more appealing since this game seems to be built for family fun. If you just purchase the starter pack that comes with 1x Lightcon gun, you're immediately going to wish you had at least one more. This game is definitely is more exciting with 2 or more people and it easily makes for a great game night for my family.
