Crest Sensi-Stop Tooth Sensitivity Relief Strips, 10 count

For the last twenty of so years I've suffered with extreme tooth sensitivity. Mostly occurring with cold,frozen foods but also with Hot liquids like coffee & my winter favorites Homemade soups and Hot chocolate. I have pretty much stayed away from these due to it just not being worth the pain. My morning coffee however is an absolute necessity and I have to grin and bear it. I've been using a sensitive toothpaste that really doesn't totally relieve the pain but does make it less severe. When i received the opportunity to try this product I was optimistic that maybe finally there would be a better option for me. The next morning after following directions I applied a strip to the gum area where the teeth are sensitive. Since I only have a couple of teeth that are affected one strip worked fine. I went about making my coffee and lunch for work and by the time I was done my 10 minutes was up. I removed the strip and fixed myself a cup of Jo. I took a drink and WaLaa! No pain! What an amazing relief. After getting home from work and, after supper of-course, I decided to test it with an ice cream sandwich. It had been more that 12 hours since I applied the strip and again No pain. While it didn't last the entire month it did last about three weeks which was wonderful. This product is a winner for me. I love the fact that it's easy, fairly quick, and portable. I carry them in my purse. Now I can enjoy my favorite foods and drinks whenever and wherever! Thanks Crest Sensi-Stop Strips! This product is one of a kind, it works and targets spits on your teeth and instantly relievs pain with in your teeth. However, it does wear off if you do not use it enough, I'm not even into a month and it has worn off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

becareful - these do not work as expected. After reading the package throughly, it seems as though these strips are really only affective for pain experienced because of 'receding gums'. I wanted to give them a "go" anyway because I had already purchased them and I need the relief from 2 teeth that are causing me pain from hot/cold foods and drinks. First off, if you need relief on a 'rear' tooth - take your time, they are small strips and hard to place in the rear of your mouth. I tried 2 different times (it said wait at least a day and that some pain may need 2 treatments) I received NO RELIEF what so ever. I don't know the nature of my pain, but it's not receding gums - one of my painful teeth has a crown on it and the other has a filling in it. These strips just weren't affective for this type of pain. I'm very disappointed.

I used/tested this product out a couple weeks ago, and my sensitivity has subsided. I totally think this product is worth every penny! It's pretty easy to use, a bit awkward... but expected for someone who's never used any strips on their teeth. I was gun-ho about telling all my coworkers about this (I work in healthcare, and we're always sharing with each other about products like this).

I have very sensitive teeth and for the last few years I have been unable to tolerate ice tea or even ice cream without grimacing with pain. Now thanks to the crest sensistop strips I am now able to have some loved food and drinks. I have already bought me some more of these. I love that I can now have my ice cream again.
