Nature s Way Primadophilus Bifidus 5 Billion CFU 180 Vegetarian Capsules

One thing I really like about them is that they have psyillium fiber, which I've heard feeds the good bacteria. I would recommend these for anyone looking at bettering their digestive health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was taking a more expensive probiotic before these and they seemed to upset my stomach a bit. I could never level out with those. I switched over to these and it's been about a month. I no longer have an upset stomach so I'm happy about that! There's no bad taste like most other vitamins and they're very easy to swallow.

My family and I are trying to incorporate probiotic supplements in our daily lives and finding one that doesn't give us constipation has been a challenge. This product is no different for me, but i did not continue taking this regularly as constipation is something i cant effectively deal with. I take this 3x/wk so I needed more time to get myself used to this product or maybe probiotics in general. According to studies, our bodies get used to probiotics and side effects gradually decrease. So i guess if given more time, this would be very beneficial for me, but in the 4 wks i tested this, on and off, i did not see any difference.

I can't say they are better than other probiotics because I have not tried many. I did not experience anything weird while taking these so that's a good thing, but my stomach felt the same, not in a bad way. I will continue taking these and hope they continue to improve my digestion in the future.

Then I remembered I've been taking this all month. I have been more regular and even less heartburn. Its great to replenish your gut flora routinely. This product worked exactly as described.
