Organic Gel Frt Smoothie, Pack of 24

I first had the gels during a half marathon, and I loved them. When I decided to tackle my first marathon, these gels were what got me through all my long (and some short) runs. Whether you're training for a short or long race, I highly recommend investing in these!

Pure Gold! Honey Stinger gels provide just the right amount of sustained energy to power through long uphill missions or longer hours of pedaling for that last bend in the road. Rip open a packet every hour on the hour is my motto and I'm sticking to it:)

Love the product, but the change from 110 calories to 90 per packet is troublesome. That's a 40 calorie deficit every hour. On a long endurance ride, that adds up to a lot of missing energy. Why not stay at 100 calories at least? Now, I have to re-think my fueling strategy.

I keep these on me always. As a personal trainer, sometimes clients don't always eat properly before workouts. If I see they are bonking, they take a rest, I give them one of these and there are no scares. They all compliment the flavor and how much they help them feel better.

I'm used to taking the original honey flavor so I'm curious as to how the fruit smoothie will perform. The flavor still maintains the honey with a sweet touch of fruit smoothie so I guess the name is accurate. I think this will be a good change if I'm bored of the original flavor.
