I was shorted one napkin ring and I tried to communicate this but no reply
Well, I guess we got the order plugged it in and it worked.
I have a rural home 1,500 miles from where I live and every time I visited it, my place was taken over with field mice, spiders and snakes. Mostly mice. I bought 2 of your Electronic Pest Chasers (Transonic Pro) and now every time I visit my place, there are no mice (rodents), spiders or snakes anywhere inside and I can now leave my food in my cupboards and counters without them eating into it. All my bedding and clothing are not destroyed anymore also. I love everything about this product!
I have been using these products and other products by Bird-X ultrasonic and they do work. They repel those critters shown on the box. If they don't run away they get paralyzed. I have seen a big rat in our n old home by the creek and we had big rats come in to the garage. I plugged the Bird-X because we usually have it run 24 hours and we saw the rat jumped so high and moved slow. Hubby helped him get out of the garage. That was in the early 2000. That unit is still running in our small garage now. It's been paid for many times that's why I bought more new ones. Go Bird-X!!!!!
Very loud initially, loud enough that i did not want to be around it. Left it on overnight at my office as there was some sort of small animal/rodent in the space between the drop ceiling and the roof that we would hear running around. Seemed to fix that except it quit working after 2 weeks. Emailed the company and still waiting to hear back. If no response, back to Walmart it goes!
