I add it to my morning smoothies and keeps me energized all day. I could tell the difference when It was not available. Other vitamins not only didn't help, I hated having to swallow the big pills.

I prefer the citrus, but either one is fine. I discovered by drinking the energy drink first thing in the morning I have lost my need to have coffee, I still will drink coffee but only if I remember it. I think the energy factor is working altho I have the most energy at night. I am about to have my third bottle.

Having learned the hard (painful) way with other powdered blends... The product was tested with a NIMA Sensor prior to use and it FAILED. So this is not for Celiacs who have cleaned up their diet. So tired of the lax labeling laws where gluten free claims are concerned - the claim should truly mean "free of gluten."

This is a great tasting product . It is easy to drink has a really good mix of nutrients and almost tastes like Tang. However, it does have a fair amount of whey and did cause some digestive system problems so be aware of that.

This powdered multivitamin/mineral effectively does away with taking a handful of individual supplements. It is quite comprehensive in it's formulation of vitamins and minerals, and includes 19 amino acids. The citrus flavor is o.k. (considering that it's covering whatever the supplements taste like, which probably isn't good) -- not overly stevia-sweetened. It takes a bit of stirring to mix with water; I make a blender shake with 1/2 - 1 scoop, banana, yogurt, chlorella (for detox) and a couple ice cubes -- tastes fine and mixes well. I particularly like that it provide a good complement of trace minerals, which even a healthy diet may lack.
