Sweet Nothings Mf Sn Flawless Support Strapless

I don't wear strapless bras; I've never found one that worked for me (still haven't). If I had tried this bra on in a store, I never would have bought it. Some of my issues with this bra may be necessary for a strapless bra to actually stay up without straps. First problem, it is very difficult to put on. I fasten the hooks in front of my body then slide the bra 180 degrees around my body into place. This bra doesn't slide very easily; in fact it slides with great difficulty. Second, the sizing runs small. Both the band and the cups were smaller/tighter than normal for my size. The band is obviously what keeps a strapless bra in place, so it can't be loose, but it was very uncomfortable and unwearable for me. Third, this was not my definition of lightly lined. I received this bra free from Hanes to review. I own several Maidenform bras and have been very happy with them, however this bra was way too tight around my body and created some very unsightly bulges. Perhaps because it was made to have a strapless option it was made smaller, but the difference was too much for me and it was not comfortable at all. Another issue I had was that there were 4 tags attachment points. When trying to cut them off I ripped the bra in 2 of the 4 places, just by pulling tauntly to remove the plastic. Overall disappointed and if you do order just make sure to maybe go up a size to accommodate for the smaller band. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The Maidenform No-slip full coverage strapless bra is so versatile and high quality. I am very pleased with it. It can be worn with basically any dress, shirt or blouse because it can be worn 5 different ways; strapless, criss-cross, one shoulder, halter and classic. It's extremely easy to switch between the styles as the straps are removable and with some light maneuvering can be removed from their respective loops and interchanged. I was worried that once they were placed onto the loops, they might come off easily, but that isn't the case. Once secured into the cloth loops the straps stay put. It is also lightly padded which gives it a nice shape and provides full coverage. I've used strapless bras before which always seem to slip, but that hasn't been a problem here. The Maidenform full coverage bra has a rubbery texture in the back (only) so the bra does not slip. The cups themselves have a smooth texture and are lightly padded for comfort. It is also true to size so no issues with it being too tight or too loose. My only criticism with this bra is that I do wish it came underwire free. A lot of underwire bras I've owned usually start falling apart in a couple of months in terms of the underwire poking out of the bra. I haven't had that happen here yet, but I've only been using the bra for a week or so. If it were underwire free, this bra would be perfect. Overall, I'm very pleased with the bra and it is my favorite one since it's so versatile. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a full coverage bra that you can wear for virtually any top. However, do be aware that this does have underwire. Received this product as part of hanes brands sampling program. The convertible strap is an awesome feature to wear it under any type of top/dress. It looked super smooth under the clothes and stayed perfectly in place with or without the straps . I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the wire is a little thick and it rubbed on my skin a bit when I sat down but all in all it is a really good product.
