Bought one for every one in my home (four).....we've had them for about six months....no glitches,no nonsense,no problems....the best smartphones available for the price range,and will actually compare to much more expensive units.....very satisfied and no regrets purchasing these

I am one of those "product researchers" and did quite a bit of homework when it came time to replace my phone. The Moto G is a great phone for the money. Processor is much faster than the dual core Droid X2 I was moving from. Has nice large screen, very durable glass. Case is plastic, but I always buy a case anyway. Otterbox defender online for $30.00. Only downsides to the phone are lack of micro SD card slot (what were they thinking) and only 3G, which isn't a problem on the prepaid Verizon right now, but when they go to 4G nationwide, I am sure the 3G is slower. Can't miss what you never had. $91 online price free shipping + tax from Walmart.com. Cheapest I could find from a reputable retailer. Phone came much quicker than they said even with the "free shipping". It was here in 2 days. I don't know how you can go wrong for the money. When they upgrade to 4G, I may move to another phone, but the memory is adequate for me as I don't store my whole music collection on it anyway. Screen much nicer than the Iphone 5S and 5C (which my daughter has) and you don't have the limitations that Apple products inherently come with due to their paranoia that someone might get something for free.

This is my first smart phone so I don't know much about the operation. What I really like is if you have a question on how to do something all you need to do is google your question and you will find an answer on how to operate the functions of your phone very easily. So far I love the phone! Especially for texting. So much easier with the touch screen! And faster.

The moto G is my first smart phone. I am really happy with it so far....had it few about a week now. Still in the learning phase but getting better with it each day. Nice screen size, good speed, no complaints at all.. :) And walmart had the best price (by almost $10 at the time I purchased! and if you click first through shopathome.com you even get cash back on your order...! I was a little reluctant to order this phone since I wasn't sure if the screen size would be sufficient for my eyes. I was not disappointed! Prior to upgrading to the Kitkat 4.4, the phone was smooth, scrolling through the various apps, opening and closing said apps, everything was nice. After the upgrade to Kitkat 4.4.... it's even better and faster (to me, anyway). What I especially liked was the Motorola Migrate to upload some data from my old phone. One word of caution should you use Migrate... be sure both phones have the same, current version of Migrate before starting the process, otherwise you may run into difficulty transferring the files. It's a good thing I checked mine because it still had the older version installed, so had to upgrade the app via Google Play. The current version, 1.3.0.10, does give you the option to decide what files you'd want to transfer onto the Moto G, and that is good! As far as making and receiving calls, text messages... I truly love the performance of this phone. The audio output is nice, especially on speaker phone mode. Voice audio is nice as well, as friends whom I spoke with, said they heard me with no problem (a big plus, indeed). Picture wise is okay for a phone camera, it's good enough to capture instant moments when my regular camera isn't available. For the price of this phone and the great service attached to it... it's a beautiful 'marriage' indeed. So why did I only give it a 4-star rating? If this product allowed me to install a micro SD card for storage, that would've made it super sweet!
