Bought this crib online and it arrived in a timely fashion. The box is huge - you need a truck to pick it up. Installation was fairly self explanatory and easy, but the instructions weren't great when you weren't sure what to do next. When we put it together we found one plastic piece on the drop side rail was installed at the manufacturer crooked. I emailed Bassetbaby and without any problems they sent me a new side rail. It arrived about a week and a half later. It didn't have the crooked plastic piece but there is a small dent in the wood on the top rail about 1/4 of an inch. The crib feels sturdy and looks great otherwise. I thought about calling to request another one but I already have one broken extra side rail I have to figure out how to throw away as our garage company will not accept it and I do not need two. I am going to sand the piece down and try getting a little paint pen as many people have talked about using in previous reviews. I think the crib is good and I would say it was great if not for the replacement piece to come with a small issue too. Everyone that has seen the crib in our babies room loves it. My mom actually started crying, although that may be more about being a grandma then the crib.. The jury is still out on that. Bottom line... I believe this crib is worth the money but expect it may not be 100% perfect. Mine is about 96% perfect in my mind. Which is fine by me.

The crib was pretty easy to assembly but was cracked at the top head board. It would have been too much to disassembly and return so hopefully my husband can bondo it so it looks better. It was not as sturdy as I would like either, hoping as my baby gets older he will not be able to get out of it easily.

This crib is absolutely beautiful. The set-up instructions was easy to follow. The drop down feature is very easy to use. It's very strudy. At this price, it's an absolute must buy. We got the Serta Nightstar mattress and it fits perfectly. Can't wait to put our little girl in it.

I am pleased with this beautiful crib. The quality was much more impressive than I was anticipating. It took about an hour to put together between my husband and I. I was also happy with the site-to-store shipping. This was the reason we purchased a crib from Wal-Mart instead of another retailer. Savings on the shipping alone made this purchase worth it and now that the crib is here, we are very happy. Now we're just waiting for the baby... any day now.

Nice bed the only thing is the back of the headboard was dented in and they do not do a good job of painting the crib. Not enough paint on it wood spots show thru had to call them to get some paint pens. Was easy to put together had it done in about a hour total.
