I have chronic constipation and there are days that I cannot go with the aid of a stool softener. I tried this product and really liked it. It explains in great detail how to use this product. The best thing about this product is that it is instant relief as it adds water to you colon which loosens everything up and lets you expell it without straining and getting those dreaded hemorrhoids. It comes with two applications so it is a great value and not at all expensive. I will continue to have this in my arsenal of products for constipation. Great product .

I used them and I must admit, they worked better than I anticipated. I felt some discomfort when inserting. After using the first one, I was amazed at the outcome. After such good results, I used the other one the next day. I felt better and I didn't feel as if I had to go anymore. I actually bought a couple of boxes to have on hand. I was pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to write a review for an enema except to say if it worked or not. Certainly an improvment on old school enemas for sure. Well lubricated, easy to hold, easy to toss when finished, holds a good amount of water/saline
