These headphones are a good value. The silicon housing is very comfortable in my ears. They are a bit difficult to position because they slide a little which makes me wish I spent more for the ear canal type however, they get the job done. The sound is good and balanced. The only thing I don't like is that the cord is a bit shorter than on my older set. I miss the extra slack for liberal head movement while at my desk. The $9 price tag is fair but I doubt I'd pay much more than that.

Sounds is fine, I have no complains on how they work but for me, they are uncomfortable. I usually wear headphones 3-5 hrs each day on a semi regular basis. I purchased these when my usual earbud headphones, the inexpensive sony ones with a case that winds up the cord, were out of stock. I needed headphones that day and so just purchased these as they were comparable in price. When these no longer work i'm going back to sony. I have to adjust them every so often because the inside of my ear gets sore from the pressure points.

Due to the shape of it, the speaker is held out of direct line from your ear canal which can make them sound distant. Adjusting the settings can help with the sound. Sound quality other than that is fairly clean and crisp. I bought these thinking the "gummy" sounded comfortable. That is where these become a backup pair; in that they begin hurting my ear around the bud itself after about 20 minutes. For the price they are excellent to have in case your main pair break and you can't live without your music.

my pair lasted about 8-9 months before one of the headphones stopped working. while they both worked, they were pretty loud and clear. they were a little bit uncomfortable though. mainly in my left ear. but they didnt hurt that bad it was just a little irritating. but overall they were pretty good. they could have been a little better but they werent bad.

Not too bad for the price. They are quite uncomfortable though, and will not stay in the ear unless you keep perfectly still. The sound quality is better than most ear phones I've used. They worked great with my MP3 player. I do regret buying these though.
