Just pop it in the fridge so you can have it ready. Love the effectiveness of it. I get lots of migraines and tension headaches.

This is a gel head wrap it's pretty much one size fits all and with out a doubt it definitely takes the edge off it did not completely get rid of it but did provide some relief at the end of the day I can definitely use this product weekly it's pretty relaxing and puts me to sleep all the time. Also I used this on my daughter when she had a fever so it works for that as well. It's comfortable and durable it's a great value for the price definitely affordable I highly recommend

The reason I like this particular brand is because it goes on like a hat but leaves room to put a pony tail out the top. It's comfortable to wear and sleep in. My thoughts for best results. Keep this in a fridge at all times. The cold from the fridge is the best feeling on your head. It lasts a good 1/3 hour at least. I'm suggest getting 2 if you want to have them in for a long time. My entire family tried them and I have migraines and it helps but my family likes it just a something to put in after a long day at work and relax and get a nice cool feeling. Again I would not be without this. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from mindgrains alot and nothing helps. But no more suffering, yes finely a product that works. So this is gel head cap. You wear it on your head above and pull down till above your nose. It's snuggle and tight fitting but not in a bad tight way. Hugs your head and keeps the light out. Has gel packs in it so keeps your whole head cold. You can put it in the freezer or microwave which one you prefer, me i like the cold. So i put in for 1 hour. Wow after using this my mindgrain poof went away after a few. This is the best thing.
