I used these as part of a diy project to use these batteries in lieu of the 6V lead acid battery in my child's ride on toy, which could no longer hold a charge for more than 20 minutes. I ended up using 6 of these batteries to get 7.2V to the truck. It now goes better than before, and so far haven't had to charge these batteries yet with a couple hours of outside use in the ride on toy. I will definitely keep these batteries in mind for other projects to potential replace poorly performing batteries.
Update: The seller has contacted me and made helpful offers to find the trouble and make sure I am satisfied. That is good support and earns them another star. I will update this again as events warrant. I have bought these batteries twice. The first set had lost capacity over time and would not fully recharge, so I bought a new set of 4. The new ones have never seemed to charge to full rated capacity in the vendor's charger. They run down quickly in my application, a Robart hobby paint shaker, and have not improved after multiple cycles. Not recommended.
like that it comes with storage case. Used in outside LED security lights. Lasts 1/2 as long as Alkaline ( 3 months ) but have paid for themselves in a year. Battery life a little longer in summer weather. Measured at 1.39 Volts when fully charged. A little cheaper than some of the Blister Pack name brands. Good so far.
Four of the battery D cell battery I purchased had stated 10,000 mAh capacity. The real capacity tested by my battery charger-analyzer is 6065, 5484, 5909, and 5545 all in mAh respectively. However, except for the overstated battery capacity by ~40%, the quality of the cell appears to be very good. No apparent self discharging and it performed fine in low current draw usage for 3 years. Battery manufacturers should stop overstating it's capacity as it's easy to test the capacity for.
I have purchased these as well as some of the C and D cell rechargeable Ni-MH cells marketed by the largest battery maker and these seem to charge to a slightly higher voltage. There life thus far has been acceptable and I intend to purchase additional batteries from them.
