Spring Valley Raspberry Ketones Ctules, 100 mg, 60 Ct

After Walmart changed there store products around, they decided not to carry this product in the two stores that were near where I live , so I ordered them online. They arrived quickly. Wish they were still in the stores....don't like paying shipping!!!

I followed directions as listed and I feel no different nor have I lost any weight....

Spring Valley products are affordable and WORK. Please do not discontinue Spring Valley products because of pressure from the Media. I cannot afford GNC, etc. products on my budget.

I only took these only one day and they made me feel bloated, gassy, and gave me the worst cramps ever! I am a healthy, active, 41 yr old woman who was just looking to drop those last 10 stubborn lbs. Took 1 capsule 20 minutes before breakfast and 1 capsule 20 minutes before dinner (the recommended dosage). Please look up all side effects, reviews on other sites and consult your physician before taking any supplement. I didn't and now I'm regretting the consequences of taking this supplement. I'm in pain at the moment typing this review.

Once I opened the bottle, it already had this certain smell. It's not quite disgusting or anything but in my own opinion, I can't stand the smell. If I get a small whiff of the scent, I automatically have a hard time wanting to even take it. For me, (tmi for certain people) when I burp after I eat a meal , I get this after nasty after taste in my mouth of the raspberry ketones. Even when I take it, it just leaves this after taste that's in my mouth. I know some people experiences are different from mines but this is my own opinion of the Spring Vally Raspberry Ketones. Overall, I did notice a different in my appetite though. I feel less hungry throughout the day after I take them.
