When I ordered these, I thought I was ordering regular sized loaf pans. I had planned to bake bread. I never used mini loaf pans before. And those I had seen in the past were flimsy. These were not. They were good quality foil. I used them to make mini meatloafs. They seemed to be a good quality pan and were easy to use. I found that I didn't need any support pan under them. They fit easily in my microwave/convection oven, so I didn't need to heat my oven. The meat loaves were nicely cooked and formed when done. The lids fit nicely and popped on securely. It was nice to be able to place them in the refrigerator without extra wrapping, and knowing they wouldn't spill the contents while storing them.

I loves these little mini loaf pans. They are perfect for mini meat loaves. I also use them for mini banana and zucchini breads to give away to friends. A must have for your pantry.

These Hefty Ez Foil Bake Mini Loaf Pans are small and perfect for a single person like myself. I used one the Hefty Ez Foil pans to make some oven-baked scalloped potatoes and things turned out great because the recipe required only two medium-sized potatoes. I used another pan to reheat some fried mushrooms and they were evenly heated when removed from the oven. The plastic lids kept my food warm, and I chose to discard them instead of reusing them again because they do tend to bend easily.
