Handi-Foil Large Aluminum Roaster Baker Pans with Lids, 2 Count

These are my go to whether for home or family get-togethers. This brand offers so many sizes, styles, depths with or without lids. When I bake bread for neighbors I will use a handi foil bread mold foil its easy to cook and clean up is recyclable. This roaster is the perfect size for cooking a chicken in the oven or mac and cheese, the ideas are endless for this size. It is a 11.75x 9 3/8 and it is a cook and carry. I like this size for ribs or meatballs there is just to many to mention but once you let the item cool you can place the plastic lid on top to take with you or store in the fridge. I also use these pans for veggies on the grill they hold up great.

This is a handy set. It comes with 2 pans 1 lid. I don't understand the 1 lid but whatever. It does the job. It is a little flimsy so make sure you hold it with a oven mitts under it. It will hold casserole dishes and things like that. The top is plastic like so don't put it in oven . It's a inexpensive way to use a dish if your going to a cookout or just at home. I carry food out a lot so using foil pans is a no fuss way. Nice deep pans great for a variety of foods. Sturdier than many I've tried with lids that are high although I wouldn't stack them due to them not being all that solid. Made in the USA is another selling point for me. Good for roasting and pasta dishes. Recommended without reservations.

These are lifesaver when it comes to taking meals to people. My friend celebrated her 47th birthday and invited very few people including myself. I used this baker pan to hold chicken empanadas in. The lids are sturdy and I was able to transport food without spilling. It fits nicely and hold in place. Materials is thick enough to hold food in. It saved me from having to worry about working with heavy glass baking dishes. One must be careful to support the bottom when putting in or taking out of oven because it has no handles. I will admit that I usually opt for the cheaper, store brand disposable pans. But as anyone who does this will tell you, that is not always the best choice. The Handi-Foil Cook and Carry Roaster and Baker is a very sturdy pan. I was easily able to move it to the oven to bake the batter. Moving it to the cooling rack was easy as well. There was no twisting or buckling, I wasn't afraid I would drop it because the pan was not flimsy. Best of all I did not have to use a cookie sheet under to keep it steady. The lid is a handy addition making it easy to store and transport. The best part of all is the clean up! Just toss it and done!
