Had for less than a week and it's already jammed beyond repair. So disappointing.
When I tried to add staples to the stapler for the first time, a small spring flew out of the stapler. I cannot find a user manual with diagrams online and the customer service Chat is unreponsive.
It's a stapler, how much do you think about it? Well, when you load the manufacturer's recommended staple and it jams irreparably on the first use, I stopped to think about it. Not recommended!
Solid stapler. Built with quality.
We have some legacy Swinglines at work, but not enough to go around, and everything else we have is pathetic. I saw this beauty and decided it was an investment worth making. It is! It is even better than the old ones we have, because I can pick it up and squeeze it comfortably, which is my preferred method on documents with few sheets. It's also more than capable of stapling anything that comes across my desk. Peak stapler engineering! (Note: it is MINE and had better never leave my desk.)
