Safe arrived in timely fashion but after installing found the locking mechanism was broken. After you "close" the unit the locking deadbolts are to short to secure it properly allowing you to jimmy it open. Customer service is less than helpfull (at Honeywell)requiring us to uninstall it, ship back at OUR cost and wait for a replacemnt. Other than that I agree with others. Keypad seems easy to program but safe walls are thin and easily compromised. Use it to keep kids out but anyone else can get in without much effort.
