Bradley Smoker BS611 - Electric smoker - 500 W

After researching these smokers for a couple days, and price shopping, Walmart offered the same unit for less! If you have struggled with wood and charcoal, this is the easiest smoker you can use, and bar none the best around.

Smoked some bratwurst and venison sticks, did a very good job. Figuring out the temperature control is a common sense process. I do wish more recipes came with the product and there is no mention of dehydrating produce, which is what my wife is interested in. The price beat everyone else by $50 and ship-to-store is an excellent way to go. I had no idea Walmart even stocked this item until checking their website.

When you get tired if your Char Griller, it's time to move up to the Bradley for a whole new experience in smoking. I won't classify one better than the other, but the Bradley is different and does an excellent job of smoking food.. meat, veggies, etc. Big difference with the Bradley... way cleaner to use and also easier to clean. Because it's electric and has a thermostat, you don't have to hover over it all day, just set it and go enjoy your company.We winter in Florida, the Bradley is stored in the RV for the trip.... wouldn't leave home without it

Too small to cook brisquets and ribs. Neat idea, but not practical for my use.

Ive had this for a week and made jerky and baby back ribs and both were outstanding..I dont have any smoking experiance and they came out like I was a professional. I highly recomend this product.
