The product itself is good, but be careful when ordering for delivery as the cap was broken causing some of the product to spill out and leak through the box
I’m not sure why this one is so different (I love softsoap brand) but this specific one clumps up in thick globs to where I cannot refill my dispensers. It comes out like a jelly or jam and I have deemed both bottles I purchased unusable. Love their other soaps but there’s something wrong with this one.
I like the soap. The problem was in the packaging of the order! The lid on the bottle of soap was broken and soap was all over the other items in the package. Luckily my entire order was not in this package.
The smell of soap does not match the smell of citrus at all. A very nasty smell. None of the family likes this scent. Feeling like mixing two or more perfumes in one bottle and the effect is terrible.
It smells great, but unfortunately, it was damaged during shipping and leaked in the box. Top was crushed and flip top cracked and broken. Seal can be seen but it leaked. Luckily, other items were in sturdy plastic bottles and not damaged.
