I assembled the grill by myself in under an hour using the tools provided. This is my second time purchasing this particular grill. I live a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and the last one lasted three years before succombing to rust...if you are inland it should last longer. I highly recommend using natural lump/hardwood charcoal and a charcoal chimney/starter. It burns cleaner and does not require fluid to start. This has many benefits but relating to the product, it will extend the life of the ash catcher...if it rusts (and mine will) this will be the first part to go. Compared to Weber (which I've owned a few), it's a better value because it cooks exactly the same and will end up in the garbage in roughly the same amount of time (especially if you live on the coast). Cheers!

I couldn't be more disappointed in this product. The second time I went to wheel this grill around to the back of my house the front two legs fell off!!! The legs are manufactured very cheaply with 3 light welding tacks to hold the legs onto the threaded plug inside the legs that allows them to be attached to the body with screws. Very thin walled legs do not allow me to re-weld the attachments to make this grill functional again. In short, I grilled one time with this grill and that was all the use I got out of it before the legs fell off. I would definetly not recommend purchasing this product! Next time I will be going for a model that is a bit more expensive AND a more reliable brand. Don't get this grill if you want to get your money's worth out of it.

I bought this barbecue in-store and just assembled it yesterday in my backyard. It was extremely easy to put together, and even came with it's own wrench and philips screwdriver no less. It looks great, and can't be beat for the price. I bought this to replace my old Weber grill that i've owned for years, and it looks like it will be a perfect replacement. It has more features than my old Weber including the bun warmer, hinges so you don't have to completely take off the whole top every time you check on what you're cooking, and even has a latch to securely close it when you wheel it around. Now for only $40 you can't beat this thing. It looks great and the quality for the price is awesome. Best bang for your buck charcoal BBQ. It'll be perfect for all the backyard bbq's i have planned for this summer. I highly recommend it.

well i knew when i bought this grill for $40 not to expect much. but after using it one time to grill some brats, the warming rack melted off. the holes that hold it in place melted. so the warming rack is off now. i figure if i can get one year out of it i'll save up and just get a weber next time like i should have this time.

This little grill is worth it. I've had mine outside for about a year in all sorts of weather and it still looks new, though I use it often. Good heat output, capacity, and sturdiness. The ash trap also makes it easy to dispose of used charcoal. I've also had good luck when using wood chips for smoke. The only thing I wasn't entirely satisfied with was the assembly. I was missing a few washers/screws and had to improvise using hardware I already owned. Once I got it together though, I was happy with the result.
