It took me a couple of hours before i could put it together but; overall i love the grill. It looks good and works great...

I was alittle worried about the assembly from all the comments and know that putting together a grill can be challenging (as I have done it before) but I put it together by myself in about 3 hours while watching tv and socializing on Fourth of July. I started at 2pm and had the charcoal going by 5:30 and everyone was eating less then an hour later. The assembly was not confusing as others suggest, just takes a little common sense and perhaps your own tools instead of the ones they provided you. The adjustable features work great so far and we love the charcoal flavor we get over our old propane grill.

Purchased for my husband for fathers day. I read other reviews and told my husband to be patient when it came time to put together. :o) He put it together in about an hour and a half. I do agree that it could of been a little put together, there were a lot of pieces. But anyhow, its a great bbq grill and he loves it!

After 4 years of using this grill, I have completely abandoned my natural gas grill. Only charcoal gives the results I want, and this grill controls air-flow better than those costing 10 times as much. The secret is to put all the charcoal on one end. Use the hot end to sear your meat (turn only once) then put the sausages on the top rack and patties or steaks on the empty end of the grill. Close the air vent to 1/2 or 1/4, close the lid, and let the heat and smoke do their work! A pan of flavored water on the cool end helps mosturize larger items. A small metal grid holds cut vegetables.

This product is a hunk of junk. What a waste of money. Assembly is complicated and annoying. Half the parts were missing, and pieces were falling off the the BBQ as it was being put together. Don't waste your money or your time. Spend a little extra and get something better. I decided to take mine back before I even finished assembling it.
