HP - DeskJet 2734e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer with 6 months of Instant Ink included from HP+ - White

I really did not expect too much at that price, but I did expect that it would do/have what was promised in the order. It doesn't! It is very slow, but that aside, The order clearly says 6 months of ink included, it was not! Nothing on the papers included says anything about 6 months, it does mention signing up to a subscription for ink and getting 3 months free but nothing else. I went on line, searched their website, everything I could do according to the papers that came with the printer, and I still have not learned anything! No, I would not recommend it!

Thought this would be easy to set up. But NOOOOOO. Downloaded the HP app, got the printer connected to the internet, but the app will not connect the printer to my table. The help function on the app is useless. And there is no getting help from a human being. So I basically have a copier. Which is NOT what I purchased it for.

The product itself is not bad, once that it is set up, which is not so easy. But IT helped. The issue is that it claims that it has 6 months free ink, but HP already charged me for TWO months of ink, when I got the printer only on 11/23/24 and it was not installed until 11/27/24. So I should have 6 months free ink not charged double payment. Extremely dessapointed and this is contract misrepresentation.

This is my 3rd HP printer & I've been pleased with all of them. I do a fair amount of printing crochet patterns and lots of forms, notices & records for our condo association, so my printer gets a workout. I find the printers I have chosen last at least 10 years so they are a great workhorse for me. Thanks for a dependable & quality product!

This printer is the most frustrating piece of equipment I've ever owned. It has a mind of its own and never wants to connect to wi fi, my computer, the apps that we are forced to download. Why do I have to give my phone number to scan something in my living room? Every time I pull this printer out it turns into a stressful 30 minutes of trouble shooting. I would call this Printer the HP trouble shooter. There's no interface telling you what's malfunctioning. It's a series of blinking lights and "printer is not connected" messages on my computer. Whenever the printing or scanning does occasionally work I never know why. The trouble shooting is not helpful. I get that it's a cheap printer but would it not be amazing if you could just connect to it with a cable and print. There is a place for a printer cable but plugging directly in does not seem to work either.. There's my rant, now its time to go back to trouble shooting and hopefully getting something scanned in under 30 minutes.
