The Stamina Cross Trainer Elliptical is an affordable way to work out at home on one of the most popular machines in the gym. With the Stamina Cross Trainer Elliptical, you can burn a similar number of calories as jogging but without the risk of injury to the back, knees, hips, or ankles. As the feet go through their elliptical motion, the hands grip the moving handlebars, exercising the arms. The movement of the dual handlebars mimics cross-country skiing and engaging the upper 30% of your body for better fitness results.

Stamina Cross Trainer Elliptical: Offers three ways to adjust your workout intensity to get maximum aerobic benefit and toning Air resistance means the faster you pedal, the more resistance Dual action handlebars add more cardio intensity, tone arms, chest, shoulders and back 8-level tension knob adjusts pedal resistance True ellipse motion mimics the walking or running motion of the foot, the extension of the leg, and the rotation of the hip with 13-inch stride length Easy to use single button multi-function electronic monitor (speed, time, distance, calories burned, and scan) Foam hand grips and oversized slip resistant pedals for comfort and safety Stamina Cross Trainer Elliptical has a 250-lb. weight limit

I purchased this elliptical for my sister as a present. We set up the elliptical and 6 days later the entire bolt (that holds the legs together) got stripped and fell off. We called the company, as it has a 90 day warranty and they said they don't have the part in stock and they don't know when to expect to get it in stock. The company told us to just return it to walmart for our money back. some warranty huh. i paid $25 in shipping costs and then had to disassemble the product and go to the store to return it. waist of time...don't purchase this item.

First what a cute item.. I absolutely loved working out on it..easy to do, fun to do... loved the cost... now the not so good ... it didn't last, not very sturdy...... I used it for a couple of months on a semi regular basis and the band slipped off and froze the eliptical. My husband had to take the whole thing apart... what a mess, what a chore and took forever.. after he put the band back on, I was so excited to get back on it and it worked for a total of 15 minutes and slipped off again jamming the eliptical.. .. after which we gave up on it and threw it out.. warranty had already expired... very disappointed that it didn't last longer.. waste of money.... sorry...

I read all the bad reviews and started not to buy this product. I don;t know what all the fuss is about. It is super quiet and you get an awesome workout. I wasn't expecting to bu a $2000 piece of eqiupment. Definetly worth the $175 or so. Also, I'm fat and it holds up well ;).

It took me about 20 minutes of attaching the tension wire but other than that, it is pretty easy to assemble. The instructions are clear and easy to read. It took me 2 hours and 15 minutes to assemble the whole thing. Its not a gym quality but it does the job I'm looking for... I use it every other day for 15 minutes =) Pretty good workout!

I purchased this elliptical after reading all the good reviews for it. There are only a few bad review and I though that won't happen to me. Well, it did! It took about 2 hours to put together with 2 people. There was a little trouble putting the left pedal rod on. It also looked like it was welded on crooked where in ataches to the smaller upper rod. The bolt on the left shaft, where in connects to the crank, has a left-hand thread so its a little tricky to put it on. I had my father help me. After usung it only 3 times for about 20 mins each, it FELL APART. THe left shaft and crank had NO THREAD left at all, so there was nothing to hold it back together. I called the factory to order new parts and it seemed like they are used to sending replacement parts. I would really like to have this thing working again because it ia a great work out machine.
