I purchased this via site-to-store. It assembled in about 2 hours. The weight limit, listed as 300 lbs. on the site is really only 220 according to the users manual. I called the manufacturer to verify and received voicemail through the entire day. I assembled it while waiting, and was very dissapointed to see how cheaply the parts were made. The feet brackets/steps are on rails, with wheels that fit into slotted bars on the floor. The wheels kept coming out, causing imbalances. In two specific instances, the directions were just plain wrong about what went where. The bolt sizes it lists for one location were about 1" too short. The correct bolts were in the box, but the incorrect directions caused me to spend an extra 15 minutes looking through everything to try and figure out if the problem was me or the directions. Eventually I took the elliptical back and bought a slightly more expensive one by another manufacturer. This one is much more solid and doesn't have the cheap rails for the feet pedals. Really, that is a huge difference if you plan on your elliptical being anything other than a clothes rack.

This is a great product if you want to get into shape quickly. I use it several times a day and it really works great. You can get a good workout in just a few minutes with a very smooth low impact walk right in the comfort of your own home.
