I'm a senior adult male in below average condition with parkinsons. My Doctor recommended that, do to my lack of activity, I consider a seated elliptical machine for low impact exercise. I couldn't be happier. It is everything I hoped it would be. It gives the user a great workout. Like other people have commented, It would be nice if it had arm poles that moved with the foot pads, but I just use two 3 lb. hand weights to exercise my upper body while using the elliptical.

If u don't care about the amount of cals u burn in the hour r then it's good. Works out muscles in legs but doesn't burn many calories even going full tilt on it. I found it more difficult to put together than other equipment I own. Seat rocks at times
